Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high‑quality therapy for seniors in skilled nursing and long‑term care settings. The PTA will implement treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on improving residents’ mobility, function, and independence. Responsibilities include conducting therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, use of modalities, documenting progress, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Ideal candidates are patient‑centered, team‑oriented, and committed to evidence‑based practice, clinical excellence, and respectful, dignified care for older adults.
