Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. In this role, you will implement treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on restoring function, mobility, and independence. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, document patient progress, and educate patients and families on exercises and safety.
