Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality therapy for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises, support mobility and fall prevention, and document patient progress. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary care team, educate patients and families, and promote safety, dignity, and independence.
