Job description
South Pacific Rehab Services seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver resident-centered care in skilled nursing and post-acute settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises and functional training, and document progress to support optimal outcomes, safety, and quality of life. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate residents and caregivers, and contribute to discharge planning.
