Job description
Renewal Rehab seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will provide evidence-based treatments to improve strength, mobility, balance, and functional independence. Responsibilities include implementing care plans, documenting progress, educating patients and families, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
