Job description
Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. In this on-site role, you will implement PT-directed treatment plans to improve mobility, balance, and functional independence, while ensuring safety and dignity. You will document progress, educate patients and caregivers, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team.
