Job description
Renewal Rehab is seeking a caring Physical Therapist Assistant to provide hands-on rehab services for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you’ll deliver individualized treatments to improve strength, balance, mobility, and safety, while documenting progress in the EMR. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and educate patients and caregivers to support functional goals.
