Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality, evidence-based rehabilitation to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises, provide gait and balance training, and support functional mobility to enhance residents’ independence and quality of life. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document progress, educate patients and caregivers, and contribute to a supportive, patient-centered culture that values dignity, respect, and professional growth.
