Job description
Renewal Rehab seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality rehabilitation services for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will deliver individualized treatments focused on mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, maintain accurate documentation, and support patient and family education.
