Renewal Rehab seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide evidence-based care to seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute settings. Under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement treatment plans, guide therapeutic exercises, and support patients in restoring mobility, strength, and independence. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, document care accurately, and educate patients, families, and staff.
