Job description
Renewal Rehab seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support quality, evidence-based rehab services for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will carry out treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises, document progress, and assist with discharge planning. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and help promote safety, function, and independence.
