Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility activities to improve safety, independence, and quality of life. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document progress, educate patients and caregivers, and contribute to a supportive, patient-centered culture that values dignity, clinical excellence, and professional growth.
