Job description
Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high-quality therapy services for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises and gait training, document patient progress, and help maximize functional independence and safety. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team in a patient-centered, respectful environment that values integrity, open communication, and quality outcomes, while enjoying mentorship, professional growth, and manageable caseloads.
