Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, assist with assessments, document progress, and educate patients, families, and staff on mobility, safety, and functional goals. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team in a supportive, patient-centered environment that values dignity, respect, and clinical excellence, with opportunities for mentorship, ongoing training, and career advancement.
