Job description
Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high-quality rehabilitation services for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises and mobility training, and document patient progress. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to promote functional independence, safety, and meaningful outcomes.
