Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high‑quality therapy services for seniors in skilled nursing and post‑acute care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises, assist with mobility and balance training, and document patient progress. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and caregivers, and contribute to care planning.
