Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team, providing individualized therapy for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care. In this role, you will implement evidence-based treatment plans under PT supervision to improve mobility, function, and independence, focusing on strength, balance, pain management, and fall prevention. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document care accurately, and educate patients and caregivers.
