Job description
Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team supporting seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care. Under the supervision of a licensed PT, you will provide evidence-based treatments focused on improving mobility, safety, and independence. Responsibilities include implementing care plans, leading therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, documenting in EMR, and educating patients and families. You’ll thrive in our collaborative, patient-centered culture with mentorship, manageable caseloads, and opportunities for professional growth, while making a meaningful daily impact on quality of life for older adults.
