Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, guide therapeutic exercises, support mobility and fall-prevention programs, and document patient progress. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote function, independence, and quality of life.
