Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high‑quality rehab services for seniors in skilled nursing and long‑term care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility activities to improve independence and quality of life. You will document patient progress, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and caregivers, and uphold a patient‑centered, dignified, and respectful care environment while promoting clinical excellence.
