Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality, evidence-based rehab services to seniors in post-acute and long-term care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, function, independence, and quality of life. Responsibilities include carrying out therapeutic exercises and functional training, monitoring patient progress, documenting care, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
