Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high‑quality rehabilitation for seniors in skilled nursing and long‑term care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training, and document patient progress in accordance with regulatory and facility standards. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team, educate patients and caregivers, and promote safety, dignity, and independence.
