Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will carry out individualized treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises, functional mobility, balance and gait training, and fall-prevention programs. You will track and document patient progress, educate patients and families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a supportive, patient-centered culture that values dignity, clinical excellence, and ongoing professional growth.
