Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support delivery of high‑quality rehabilitation services for seniors in skilled nursing and post‑acute care. Working closely with physical therapists, you’ll implement individualized treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises, document progress, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote mobility, safety, and functional independence.
