Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high-quality rehab services for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. In collaboration with Physical Therapists, you will implement individualized treatment plans, guide therapeutic exercises, support mobility and balance training, and document patient progress. You’ll work within an interdisciplinary team to promote function, independence, and quality of life, while contributing to a supportive, patient-centered culture that values dignity, respect, clinical excellence, and ongoing professional development.
