Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team supporting seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care. In this on-site role, you will deliver individualized, evidence-based physical therapy interventions under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on strength, balance, mobility, and functional independence. You will document progress, educate patients and families, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team.
