Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team, providing rehab care to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. The PTA will implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on improving mobility, function, and quality of life. Responsibilities include therapeutic exercise, gait and balance training, safe transfers, documentation, and patient/family education. You’ll work closely with an interdisciplinary team in a supportive, patient-centered culture that values dignity, compassion, and respect.
