Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high‑quality rehabilitative care to seniors in skilled nursing and long‑term care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises, mobility training, balance and gait activities, and use of assistive devices. You will document progress, educate patients and families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
