Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality rehabilitative care for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will carry out individualized treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises and functional training, and document patient progress in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and support a dignified, patient-centered experience while growing your skills in a supportive, evidence-based environment.
