Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. In this onsite role, you will deliver high-quality physical therapy interventions under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on functional mobility, strength, balance, and safety to help residents maximize independence and quality of life. You will manage a manageable caseload, document outcomes in EMR, educate patients and families, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team.
