Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support delivery of high-quality rehabilitation services for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will carry out individualized treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training, document patient progress, and educate patients and caregivers. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team in a supportive, patient-centered culture that values dignity, clinical excellence, mentorship, and professional growth in post-acute care.
