Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high-quality rehab services for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Working closely with Physical Therapists, you will implement individualized treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, functional mobility, and use of assistive devices. You will document patient progress, collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team, and educate patients and families.
