Job description
Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support delivery of high-quality therapy services for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. The PTA will implement treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on functional mobility, strength, balance, and safety to promote independence and quality of life. Responsibilities include conducting therapeutic exercises, gait and transfer training, documenting progress, collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team, and educating patients and families.
