Job description
Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care. In this on-site role within our Healthcare & Medical Services team, you will carry out individualized treatment plans designed by a Physical Therapist to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence. You’ll document care accurately, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and educate patients and families.
