Renewal Rehab seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. In this on-site role, you’ll implement treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence to enhance quality of life. You’ll document progress, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and educate patients and families.
