Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our senior-focused rehabilitation team in Healthcare & Medical Services. In this role, you will implement physical therapy treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, helping seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities improve function, independence, and quality of life. Responsibilities include executing therapeutic exercises and modalities, tracking progress, documenting care, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
