Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide hands-on care to seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. In this on-site role, you will deliver therapeutic exercises, gait training, and functional mobility interventions under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on safety, independence, and quality of life. You’ll document patient progress, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and support patient and family education.
