Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support delivery of high‑quality physical therapy services for seniors in skilled nursing and post‑acute care settings. Working closely with supervising Physical Therapists, you will implement treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises, document patient progress, and educate patients and families to improve mobility, safety, and independence.
