Job description
South Pacific Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality rehabilitative care in skilled nursing and post-acute settings. The PTA will implement treatment plans established by the Physical Therapist, focusing on functional mobility, strength, balance, and safety to improve residents’ independence and quality of life. Responsibilities include assisting with evaluations, delivering one-on-one therapeutic interventions, monitoring patient progress, accurate documentation, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
