Job description
Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality rehab services to seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. In this role, you will implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on functional mobility, strength, balance, and safety to enhance patients’ independence and quality of life. You’ll document progress, collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, and educate patients and families.
