Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training, monitor patient progress, and document outcomes accurately. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote safety, independence, and quality of life, while educating patients and caregivers.
