Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team, providing high-quality rehab care to seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. Under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will deliver individualized treatment plans, focusing on functional mobility, strength, balance, and safety to enhance patients’ independence and quality of life. You’ll document progress, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and educate patients and families.
