Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high-quality rehabilitative care for seniors in skilled nursing and long‑term care settings. The PTA will implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on restoring function, mobility, and independence. Responsibilities include assisting with therapeutic exercises and gait training, documenting progress, educating patients and families, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
