Job description
Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. In this role, you will implement treatment plans designed by a Physical Therapist to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence. You’ll provide patient-centered, hands-on care, document progress, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team.
