Job description
Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high-quality rehab services for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, guide therapeutic exercises, and document patient progress to improve mobility, function, and quality of life. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and contribute to care planning.
