Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team serving seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care. The PTA will implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence. Responsibilities include conducting therapeutic exercises, gait training, patient/caregiver education, and accurate documentation.
