Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality rehab services to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, assist with mobility, strength, balance, and functional training, and document progress in accordance with regulatory and facility standards. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and caregivers, and support a patient-centered culture focused on dignity, independence, and improved quality of life.
