Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training, and document patient progress accurately. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and support discharge planning.
