Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high‑quality rehabilitative care to seniors in skilled nursing and long‑term care settings. The PTA will implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on improving function, mobility, and independence. Responsibilities include leading therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, patient and family education, and accurate documentation.
