Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. In collaboration with Physical Therapists, you will implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, function, and quality of life. Responsibilities include assisting with therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, functional activities, and use of modalities; documenting treatments; educating patients and families; and communicating with the interdisciplinary team.
